Project Manager
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the design team and consultants in all phases of design and construction.
Client management and coordination
Maintain project goals, schedule, budget, design and technical direction for various project types and sizes.
Implement technical knowledge in developing contract documents, detailing and specifications
Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
U.S. Architect’s License (CA License preferred)
A minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience
Experience in all phases of design/construction.
Experience with DSA, Educational and Institutional design (Preferred).
Proficiency in Revit (Preferred)
Technical expertise in detail development and specification coordination
Quality minded, strong organizational and collaborative skills, clear communicator.
Project Architect / Senior Designer
Responsibilities Include:
Development of drawings in all phases of design, with emphasis on utilizing Revit.
Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support.
Preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents.
Zoning and Building Code Research.
Develop and coordinate drawings, details and specifications.
Coordinate with staff members and project principal to implement project goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
U.S. Architect’s License (CA License preferred)
A minimum 6 years of post-graduate experience
Strong proficiency in Revit
Experience in all phases of design/construction
Experience in DSA, Educational and Institutional design (Preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Autodesk, Rhino (Preferred)

Quality minded, strong organizational and collaborative skills, clear communicator
Job Captain
Responsibilities Include:
Design and technical support for various project sizes and project types.
Preparation of drawings in all phases of design, with emphasis on utilizing Revit.
Involvement in consultant coordination and construction administration support.
Preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents.
Develop and coordinate drawings, details and specifications.
Coordinate with staff members and project principal to implement project goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
A minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience
Strong Proficiency in Revit
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Autodesk, Rhino (Preferred)
Quality minded, strong organizational and collaborative skills, clear communicator
